Ashish Tiwari

Ashish is the co founder the key architect behind creation of Scalene eight years ago. Ashish is a natural problem solver and has an excellent track record in setting up teams, implementing RPO’s, delivering recruitment solutions, process consulting and client management. He is active in contributing towards academia and often speaks at different professional forums and institutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Business from Pune University, Project & Program Management from IIM Bangalore and other professional certificates.

Dhruv Katyal

Dhruv is an engineer turned entrepreneur passionate about how technology can create a more inclusive talent ecosystem. He is the founder of Project Kite, one of the largest social enterprise project in Rajasthan and CEO-Jaipur. He has co-authored two internationally acclaimed research papers on sustainable HVAC design. Dhruv holds bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering , Masters in Social Entrepreneurship degree from University of Oxford and an MBA from Durham University. Dhruv is also a certified practitioner of people analytics from the Wharton school, University of Pennsylvania.

SAURAV BOSE

He is an accomplished, senior HR Leader with over two decades of rich and diverse experience covering different HR functions, industries, and countries. He has been with several leading and reputed organizations such as Kone, Nestle, Infosys, Accenture, and Deutsche Bank. During his career, he has witnessed & played massive transformational roles, experienced world-class, rapid growth. Saurav holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA (HR) from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is taking an unusual path, listening to his calling of playing a business role, stepping in the shoe of an entrepreneur. These are clearly the fearless, secured attributes of almost all leaders that we have come across. They like to challenge themselves. Given his experience (and a very rich one at that), we would leverage his expertise in our own HR function also.

MADHU MG

Prior to this Madhu have 16+ years of experience in the Accounts, Finance and Payroll domain. In his earlier stint, he was working in the software company Velankani Software Pvt Ltd for more than 9 years as Finance Manager and prior to this he worked in Pharma company, KPO, Audit firm. Coming to Madhu's personal information, he was born & raised in Bangalore and residing in Rajajinagar with his parents, wife Sangeetha and two kids. Madhu holds his MBA from KSOU. During his free time, he likes to travel and collecting coins.

Ashutosh Anand

Ashutosh Anand has more than 18+ years of experience in staffing and manpower industry, His major stint was with a multinational company Randstad where he has worked on multiple roles for more than a decade. His expertise lies in developing people, providing solutions, making processes, ensuring delivery within timelines across sectors Pan India. Few industries where he has worked with marquee clients are Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, FMCD and Automobiles. He has an added experience of working on government projects and national NGO's where has worked and delivered manpower requirements for various state government, public sector companies and NGO, like Govt of WB, Bihar, MP, UP, Delhi and companies like HPCL, BPCL, Power Grids etc along with NGO Care, Unicef, WHP, Save the children.
